SMGA Members,

This is to notify you there has been a change in Event #19 at Wexford which is scheduled for June 21, 2010.

Due to the aeration of the Wexford course immediately prior to our event, it has been decided not to hold this event at Wexford as the course conditions would not be acceptable for play.

The Board of Governor’s has been successful in arranging an alternate location to hold this event. The Tradition National Golf Club located off island adjacent to US 278 has agreed to host this event which will still be played on June 21, 2010.

To enter this event, you should use the entry form in your handbook for Event #19 that was planned for Wexford. The mail dates remain the same, June 3 & 4, and the event will be played on June 21 as originally planned and is open to both Green and White sections.

The format for the event is the same, 1 – 2 – 3, however we will now have tee times off #1 and #10 tees beginning at 9:00 A.M. The price remains the same as shown on the entry form. Enclose two checks, $35 cart fee and $10 entry fee with your entry.

As many of you know, the Tradition National Golf Club is a relatively new course and it’s in very good condition. We believe you will enjoy the opportunity to play this layout and we regret the loss of Wexford for this season.

Event #20 on Page 11 Oldfield - shows the event format as 2 BB of 4. This should be a 2 BB of Partners event. The entry form is correct.
